Orange you glad I took this photo

During the winter months the sun shines right on my cutting board in the late afternoon.  I went to peel orange and saw this nice little light show.  I had either 2 minutes to get the camera and set up this shot, or wait 23 hours.  I got this shot with about 10 seconds to spare.  I guess I could have set up some lighting equipment and staged this shot, but there is something rewarding about getting a nice shot by just being in the right place at the right time.
